In a growing church, it is impossible to know each and every member. A home team is a place where you can get to know others here at Carlinville Southern and grow in your relationship with God. We believe that true life change happens best in a small group setting where a spiritual community and deep personal relationships can be formed.

Home Teams are where you can get to know others from Carlinville Southern and grow in your relationship with Christ. These groups usually meet in homes in order to promote a casual, friendly environment. Some Home Teams study Christian books, while others focus on Bible study or prayer. All groups focus on building purpose oriented relationships that foster spiritual growth and a mutual circle of caring. Most Home Teams serve refreshments.

You don't need a special invitation or reservation - just show up! Home teams are small groups of 8-14 adults who meet on Sunday nights, 6-7:30 pm. at the locations listed at right. Teams meet in Carlinville unless otherwise noted.

Children meet at the church for "Sunday Night Live" at 5:45 p.m. and dismiss at 7:45 p.m. Care is provided for children ages 0-5 ONLY for those parents attending home teams. ALL children grades 1-6 are welcome for Sunday Night Live, two exciting hours of a live band, homework help, drama, video games, crafts. Supper will be provided for the children.
